Qualification test performance - CLICK TO SEE FULL LIST
- Insulation system qualified at 40+ years per IEEE 117
- Successful completion of UL 1446 cold shock test
- 40+ year life based on thermal aging test per IEEE 334 Section 9
- After aging, motor subjected to mechanical vibration, irradiation, and cyclic operation and then exposed to simulated earthquakes and high energy line break (HELB) environment while operating at full load
- Finally, motor operated under full load for a 100-day post accident endurance test
